To safe guard the property the defaulter has to approach DRT (debt recovery Tribunal ) if fails in DRT as to file appeal before DRAT (debt recovery appellate Tribunal) if fails in DRAT as approach High Courts, if fails in High Court as to file SLP before the Supreme Court India.
