WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS

If any person is illegally detained by police or any other authorities, a writ of Habeas Corpus can be sought for the release of person from illegal detention and to produce him before the Court in order to let the court know on what ground she/he has been confirmed and set him/her free if there is no legal jurisdiction for the imprisonment.
